Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrymeetIQ, a scheduling and meeting automation platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Company information

TrymeetIQ is operated by Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India, with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. The Service

TrymeetIQ provides scheduling and meeting automation, including: public booking pages, calendar availability management, Google Calendar synchronization, automatic Google Meet link generation, email and WhatsApp notifications and reminders, a contacts CRM, analytics, outbound webhooks, and an embeddable booking widget. Features available to you depend on your plan.

5. User accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@trymeetiq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Calendar integrations

The Service integrates with Google Calendar to read your availability and create meeting events on your behalf. You authorize TrymeetIQ to access these services on your behalf for the sole purpose of providing the scheduling functionality you've requested.

7. Google API Services

TrymeetIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own purposes, and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. 8. User responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of your availability, event type configuration, and any information you provide to invitees. You must comply with all applicable laws in how you use the Service, including laws governing communications with the people you schedule meetings with.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: violate any law; send spam or unsolicited communications; harass, abuse, or harm another person; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function: Google (Calendar, Meet), ZeptoMail (email delivery), and Razorpay (payment processing). WhatsApp reminders are sent from your own connected WhatsApp number, not through an official WhatsApp Business API — while we make reasonable efforts to keep this connection reliable, WhatsApp delivery isn't guaranteed, which is why booking confirmations and reminders are always also sent by email. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts of these third-party providers, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Subscription and billing

TrymeetIQ offers a free plan and one or more paid plans. Paid plans are billed as one-time payments for a fixed period (for example, 30 days or 1 year) — there is no automatic recurring billing or auto-renewal. When a paid period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan unless you make another purchase. We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.

12. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay; TrymeetIQ does not store your card or bank details. You agree to provide accurate payment information. If a payment fails, the plan purchase simply isn't completed — no premium features are activated until payment succeeds.

13. Refunds

Because paid plans are one-time, fixed-period purchases rather than an ongoing subscription, there's no "cancellation" to process — you simply choose not to purchase another period once the current one ends. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

14. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

15. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the Service (event type details, availability, contact notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

16. Privacy and data protection

Our collection, use, and protection of your data — including any data accessed through your Google Account — is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See our Data Deletion page for how to delete your account and data.

17. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Google or WhatsApp), or events outside our control may cause temporary disruption.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to TrymeetIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost meetings, lost revenue, or missed appointments.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

20. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page for the self-service option (immediate) and the email-request fallback. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required by law.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
