Data Deletion

How to delete your Try Meet IQ account and associated data.

TrymeetIQ ("TrymeetIQ", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to request deletion of your personal information and any data associated with your account. TrymeetIQ is a product of Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

What can be deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your TrymeetIQ account information (name, email, username)
  • Your personal profile information
  • Scheduling and booking information (event types, bookings, booking history)
  • Availability information (working hours, date overrides)
  • Connected Google OAuth credentials and tokens
  • Google Calendar integration data stored by TrymeetIQ, including the local calendar-availability cache
  • Contacts and CRM data (invitee records, notes, follow-ups)
  • Webhook configuration and WhatsApp connection details
  • Notification preferences
  • Other personal information associated with your account

Disconnecting your Google Account

You may disconnect Google Calendar from your TrymeetIQ account. You may also revoke TrymeetIQ's access through your Google Account security settings. After disconnection or revocation, TrymeetIQ will stop using the authorization to access your Google services.

Request account deletion

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, instantly

  1. Log in to TrymeetIQ.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account and select "Delete my account."
  4. Type your account email to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately once confirmed — no waiting, no email required.

Option 2 — Can't log in? If you've lost access to your account, email privacy@trymeetiq.com from the address associated with your TrymeetIQ account. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What happens after a request

Self-service deletion through your account Settings takes effect immediately — your event types, availability, bookings, contacts, and connected integrations (Google Calendar, WhatsApp) are deleted at once.

For deletion requests made by email, we verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days. OAuth credentials and tokens associated with a disconnected Google integration are deleted immediately as part of this process. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law — for example, billing records retained for tax purposes — and will be deleted or anonymized once that retention requirement ends.

Google Calendar events

Deleting your TrymeetIQ account does not automatically delete events that independently exist in your Google Calendar. You may manage or delete those events directly through Google Calendar.
