Navigate to your MeetIQ dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations, and click "Connect Google Calendar." You'll be prompted to authorize via your Google account. Once connected, your availability syncs automatically in real-time.
MeetIQ supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, and any CalDAV-compatible calendar. We also integrate directly with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for automatic video link generation.
MeetIQ offers monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual plans include a significant discount. Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled before the end of your billing period. You can manage your plan at any time from the Billing section of your account.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. MeetIQ does not offer prorated refunds for unused time. However, if you experience a service issue, please contact us and we'll review your case individually.
MeetIQ's AI parses natural language requests like "book a 30-min call with Sarah next Tuesday afternoon," checks all participant calendars for availability, resolves conflicts automatically, and books the optimal slot — all in seconds.
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your personal data, calendar tokens, and meeting history will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Yes! MeetIQ supports team-based scheduling with round-robin routing, collective events, and managed availability. Team plans also include centralized admin controls, analytics, and custom branding.
Absolutely. All calendar connections use OAuth 2.0 tokens — we never store your password. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We only access the minimum calendar permissions required to prevent scheduling conflicts.
