Try Meet IQ is a scheduling, appointment booking, calendar management, meeting coordination, reminder automation, and workflow automation platform owned and operated by Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Try Meet IQ website, applications, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Try Meet IQ is a product owned and operated by Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd.
References to “Try Meet IQ”, “we”, “our”, and “us” throughout these Terms refer to Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd and its products, services, employees, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Try Meet IQ.

Maintain and update your information.

Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Try Meet IQ allows users to connect third-party calendar and meeting platforms.

Additional integrations may be introduced in future releases.
By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Try Meet IQ to access and process information necessary to provide scheduling functionality.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services.
Try Meet IQ integrates with Google services through Google APIs.
By connecting your Google account, you authorize Try Meet IQ to:
Access calendar availability information.
Create, update, and delete calendar events.
Generate and manage Google Meet conference links.
Synchronize scheduling information necessary for the Services.
Try Meet IQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Calendar data, Google Meet data, and Google Workspace API data are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Try Meet IQ may provide artificial intelligence powered features to assist with scheduling and productivity.
AI-generated recommendations are provided for convenience only.
You acknowledge that:
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.
AI recommendations may not reflect all circumstances.
You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming scheduling decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate availability information.
Reviewing meetings before confirmation.
Communicating appropriately with invitees.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Try Meet IQ facilitates scheduling but does not control the content, purpose, or outcome of meetings.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
Violate any law or regulation.
Use the Services for fraudulent activities.
Send spam, phishing messages, or malicious content.
Distribute malware or harmful software.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Services.
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without authorization.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
The Services may interact with third-party providers including calendar systems, video conferencing platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, and other software services.
Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Try Meet IQ is not responsible for third-party products or services.
Try Meet IQ may offer free and paid subscription plans.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
If a free trial is offered, access to premium features will be available for the stated trial period.
At the end of the trial period, access may be downgraded or converted into a paid subscription according to the applicable offer.
You agree to provide valid payment information when required.
If payment cannot be processed, we may:
Suspend premium features.
Restrict access to certain services.
Terminate subscriptions.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and no partial refunds will be issued.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, designs, branding, trademarks, content, and technology remain the exclusive property of Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.
You retain ownership of content, calendar information, meeting details, participant information, and other data you submit to the Services.
You grant Try Meet IQ a limited worldwide license to host, process, store, transmit, and display such information solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users may request deletion of their personal data, connected calendar integrations, OAuth tokens, and account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:
Maintenance
Security updates
Infrastructure issues
Third-party outages
Force majeure events
We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRY MEET IQ AND SINISYS SOFTWARE PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRY MEET IQ DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try Meet IQ, Sinisys Software Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your misuse of the Services.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Content or data submitted by you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
You violate these Terms.
We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Continued access may create legal or security risks.
You may terminate your account at any time.
Termination does not affect obligations accrued before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will provide notice through the Services, website, or email.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
